I build peer groups for SMB owners and host SMB/ETA meetups across North America. SMB/ETA means Small and Medium Business Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition: buying someone else's company and growing it. The conversations stay real because everyone in the room is actually running something. We trade what is working, not what should work.
